Data Inputting:By combination of Automation and Selection of data listed,not by manually inputting.
Once Data inputted,You can do: to check Monthly Sales Repo/Unpaid Balance/Profit-Loss per Car and to send informations to Customer through Internet,further to issue Shipping Instruction, Invoice and etc.

DATA INPUT (stage1)
(1) Data Input by selection of data listed,not manually inputting.This is　　 xxxpossible because car data accumulated over 10 years,has been xxxincorporated into this system.These data include car name/model xxxname/other car's details/auction name/etc.
(2) Data Input by automatic inputting:These data are vehicle's xxxdimensions,purchase date,purchase cost (which is made of xxxbid_price,added with consumption tax and auction commission)
(3) you can check how much,what kind of car you bought,for past one xxxweek,by Excel Sheet.
GROUPING cars by COUNTRY for EXPORT (stage2)
 (1) Grouping cars by selection of country listed
(2) To transport cars by RIXO company:preparation by Excel Sheet,then xxxfaxing them or you can even email automatically.
WHEN Shipping arranged or Car Sold (stage3)
 (1) data input:selection of data listed,like customer name/booking xxxagent/forwarder/ loading port/discharge port/ship name/etc
(2) sales price and received money:can be inputted in either yen or dollar xxxand exchange rate freely changeable.

AFTER Shipping finished or Car Sold (stage4)
(1) you can send various informations,like shipping informations,to your xxxcustomer or agent or branch through internet.Receiver access to xxxyour Web-Site and enter into the Site with userID and password given.
(2) you can check sold amount/cost/profit/car details for each xxxcustomer,by Excel Sheet.
(3) you can check each car's sales price/cost/profit/various xxxcharges/net profit.
(4) final invoice,for internal accounting,can be outputted automatically.
GENERAL FEATURES
(1) you can see car photos upto 3 kinds in each stage.
(2) you can check and amend car details in each stage.
(3) you can search car details,by auction name or car name or chassis xxxnumber and further by status in which that car has been shipped or xxxunshipped.
(4) you can input Recycle fees and Auto tax.
